  • Parent/Guardian Notification: Parents or guardians are usually required to inform the school in writing about their intention to withdraw the student. This notification often includes the reason for leaving and the intended date of withdrawal on the Application Performa.

  • Clearance Procedure: Before leaving the school, students may need to complete a clearance procedure. This typically involves returning textbooks, library books, school materials, and settling any outstanding fees or dues.

  • Transfer Certificate (TC): Upon request, the school provides a Transfer Certificate (TC) to the student. The TC is an official document that includes the student's academic record, conduct, and other relevant details. It is often required for admission to a new school.

  • Notice Period: 1 month notice period for withdrawal, during which tuition fees need to be paid even if the student is not attending classes.
